    Night Owls vs Morning Larks  echo $newRAM;

    I'm definitely an owl. I hate mornings. I am trying to change my ways, but find it difficult.

    Actually, I've found that if left to my own devices with no schedule at all, I tend to shift to a 25-26 hour day. What this means in the real world with schedules and people who expect me to be awake at certain unearthly hours of the morning (basically anything before 10 am) is that my body isn't really ready to shut down and go to sleep at the hour that should otherwise be bed time. I wonder if these morning larks have the opposite problem - if left to their own devices, would they naturally take a 22-23 hour day, which explains why they're so ready to go to sleep as soon as the sun goes down? I do not wish to imply that one is better than the other, but we need to be accepting of our differences. And stop scheduling work meetings before 10am.
