|If someone were to actually watch my site as it's been developing over the past couple weeks without knowing what's been going on, they'd probably think that a new person took it over. Just these past couple weeks, I've been adding a lot of little details that I kept saying "that would be cool." And even more things are popping up all the time.
I added the search feature. Probably sometime soon, I'll fix it so that it doesn't display all 500 entries that match on the same page.
I added the daily background to the front page. Soon, I'll add the archives of the daily background so that you can see some of my favorite pictures.
I've been working on a couple minor design touches. Probably in about a month, I'll tear the whole thing apart and give it a whole new cover. It will go together a lot faster the next time, because I have the infrastructure firmly in place.
I've been working on learning as much as posisble as fast as possible. CSS, ColdFusion, graphics development, every little thing. I hope to soon put up JPro, which will make it easier to document all the little changes that are happening every day. As things go up, I'd appreciate comments. You can always leave messages in the feeback.

|It was hot outside. And I had just gotten back from rollerblading. And I was sweaty. So I took off my shirt and laid out on the couch to get as much surface area as possible.
When you live with a bunch of guys, it's okay to be without your shirt. Well, even if it wasn't okay with them, I was hot so the shirt was staying off.
When the doorbell rang, I didn't think anything of it. We get guys from the building stopping by to see if anybody's here all the time. They're not usually looking for me, but whatever. I opened the door, and there they stood. The sister missionaries.
I could tell that it made them uncomfortable. Shoot... it made me feel uncomfortable. They were just stopping by to tell everybody that there were now sister missionaries in the stake, and to ask if there was any inactive members for them to work with. And to use the commitment pattern to try to get as many people to give out pass-along cards as possible. I told them that if anybody in the area was inactive, it was me. 8:30 is really early on a sunday morning. I excused myself and grabbed my shirt off the couch. They left their number and said if we needed anything to give them a call.
It turns out that they were actually on splits... the one girl was from the area. I thought about asking for her number as well, but decided against it for two reasons. First, she said she had barely graduated from High School and was still living with her parents. Second, I'm a pansy, which is the same reason why I haven't introduced myself to that really cute girl I keep seeing at work. I don't even know her name, but she has the most beautiful eyes.
So I guess the lesson is to either keep your shirt on (not likely... it was hot), or not answer the door when the doorbell rings. They guys usually just walk in anyway.
