|Okay, I don't usually mind snow, especially when it's cold enough that it stays frozen for a while. I generally laugh in the general direction of people who carry around umbrellas in the snow. I almost always enjoy watching snow fall.
But today, the snow has become slush. Sure, it was white on its way down, but the entire campus is now covered with about a quarter to a half inch of half frozen water and ice. I am now sitting in a computer lab with very *wet* socks (I squish when I walk). They need to get the shovel folks out to clear the sidewalk, because it really is difficult to move through that.
As if it weren't enough that slush is falling from the sky, on my way to the lab, it started to drizzle. At least that felt honest, though. It was almost like the clouds were saying that they knew it was too warm to have proper snow, so we should switch to the rain.
Now I'm off to squish my way through work.
