Self-Portrait 1- : The first assignment for my photojournalism class was a self-portrait. These are all in my room using Rix's nice Canon Rebel. It was a treat to be able to play with a different high-quality camera (thanks, Rix!)
Devotional- : I was having a hard time with the lighting at devotional, so almost all of these are duds. The light was too bright on the speaker and not bright enough on the audience to get the combined shot that I was looking for.
BYU Fountains- : After the destruction of my beautiful canal (I'd have a link for you, but I *still* have yet to get all the old pictures set up in the current JPics scheme), I figured they'd just make more grassy areas. I severly underestimated BYU's innate ability to make completely fake natural-looking landscapes.
Fountain self-portrait- : As the title suggests... more fountain pictures and more self-portrait pictures at the fountain. Taken from the right angle, it's hard to believe that I'm in the middle of the city.
On my way home- : I start on campus with pictures of the new Joseph Fielding Smith Building (standing on the ground where the Smith Family Living Center used to be), and the trip continues through the next page.
...and through the woods- : The wooded path winds its way through the area behind the stadium. I guess that it must be too hilly to easily construct more houses in the area, and this dirt path serves as a short retreat from the realities of the cement and metal surrounding it on all sides.
